This circular saw blade adopts high-quality hard alloy cutter teeth with precise grinding treatment, delivering sharp, chip-free cutting edges that leave smooth burr-free surfaces on wood boards, eliminating secondary polishing procedures. The unique rainbow gradient anti-stick coating is treated by advanced nano coating technology, which effectively reduces friction heat accumulation during high-speed cutting and prevents resin, wood dust and glue from sticking to the blade surface. Compared with ordinary black coating saw blades, it achieves faster cutting speed, lower noise and longer service life under continuous heavy-load production. The thickened high-strength steel substrate features stable runout control, avoiding vibration during long-hour automated cutting line operation.
The R&D team completed hundreds of continuous cutting wear, high-temperature friction and anti-adhesion tests to adjust coating thickness and tooth geometry. Multiple diameters, tooth counts and bore sizes are customizable to match panel saws, sliding table saws and edge banding machines.
