This band saw strip adopts high-performance bi-metal composite structure: high-speed steel cutting teeth welded onto flexible spring steel backband, balancing outstanding cutting hardness and anti-breakage toughness to resist impact during heavy-duty metal cutting. It features 4/6 variable pitch tooth design, which alternately arranges coarse and fine teeth to efficiently evacuate metal chips, avoid tooth clogging and reduce cutting vibration when processing solid round bars, square tubes and irregular metal workpieces. The laser-engraved specification marks including width dimension and tooth pitch remain clear after long-term use for quick model identification by workshop operators.
The technical team completed high-speed cutting, tooth wear resistance and repeated bending fatigue tests to optimize tooth quenching hardness and weld firmness. Custom band lengths, blade widths and tooth pitch combinations are available for OEM bulk orders for metal fabrication workshops, machinery processing plants and cutting tool distributors. The German-origin substrate delivers stable service life and consistent cutting smoothness compared with ordinary domestic saw blades.
